NDEFINE = 0
Thermal ion species for which NDEFINE=0 are evolved as a group. If only one thermal ion species is defined this way, its density is inferred from the electron density by subtracting the density of all other ions.
The solution of the particle balance equation needs the following parameters:
- NMODEL
- Mixing model (see subtopic)
- FRAC(ig)
- This parameter sets the initial concentration for the species, used only during the initialization of the simulation. The value of RFRAC indicates the relative concentration among thermal ion species with the same value of NDEFINE=0, NOT the absolute fraction relative to electron density. The value of RFRAC is evolved during the simulation according to the model chosen with NMODEL and depending on the particle balance and quasi-neutrality.
- GFRAC(ig)
- Gas flow controls.
- NLRCYC, NLTAUP, RFRAC(ig)
- recycling controls
- NRCYOPT
- alternate recycling model control
